Tess Lawry
DIRECTOR | SENIOR DESIGNER
Widely regarded for her ability to interpret clients’ unique styles and project vision, Tess is expert in bringing these elements to fruition.
Tess has extensive experience and knowledge of interior design, project and client management, facilities planning, design and documentation services, co-ordination and contract administration. Holding a diverse project range that includes education, workplace fit-outs, healthcare, retail and residential that are testament to her 30 years of practice.

Michael Fleming
DIRECTOR | SENIOR ARCHITECT
For over 15 years, Michael has provided architectural services to a range of clients including families, property developers, builders and government departments in Regional and South East Queensland.
Michael has a broad range of project experience in delivering high end residential dwellings, retail and commercial premises, medium and high rise apartments, education facilities and large scale master planning, with a key focus on achieving high quality design outcomes which are also practical and cost effective.

Alex Eckersley
LEAD DESIGNER
Alex has gained a wide range of experience working on a diverse range of projects over the past 20 years, both locally and internationally.
These projects span residential, multi-residential, educational, retail, commercial and master planning sectors. His project involvement has been from conceptual design through to design development, documentation and contract administration. Prior to joining the feather&lawry team, Alex worked with Bureau Proberts, as lead designer on various award winning projects including: Walan Apartments, Silt Apartments and KAUST Beacon, Saudi Arabia.

Russell Peters
PROJECT ARCHITECT
Russell has extensive experience in the management and administration of building contracts for a variety of project types, including the co-ordination of documents, budgets and consultants.
Specialising in managing projects through construction documentation and contract administration, delivering projects of excellence.
Working previously with Red Dog Architects for 15 years, Russell has been the Associate Architect on a number of award winning projects: Dragonfly Pavilion, Mt Sheridan Plaza Redevelopment and Latitude, Mackay.

Angel Shaw
GRADUATE OF ARCHITECTURE
As a recent Graduate of Architecture, Angel continues to evolve her skills across a broad range of projects, with experience in residential, commercial, educational, and master planning projects and a key focus to create responsive and high quality design outcomes.
She can direct consultants and engineers to deliver a coordinated documentation package and has also developed significant skills in multiple visualisation software packages to ensure that designs are skilfully communicated to all project stakeholders

Dominique Koronui
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Dominique holds experience in both residential and commercial projects having worked in the design industry for the past 8 years.
She studied a Bachelor of Interior Design Commercial in Australia and abroad in Milan, Italy. Her passion lies in creating memorable spaces that explore the possibilities of alternate layouts and material combinations.

Emma Mathews
INTERIOR DESIGNER
As a 2021 graduate of Interior Design, Emma is continuously growing her experience and knowledge in the professional field.
Since starting at feather&lawry, Emma has worked on various projects throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory within the residential and commercial sectors.
Emma is involved throughout the conceptual design, design development, and documentation stages to create functional and meaningful user-focused design outcomes.

Katie Radunz
INTERIOR DESIGNER
Katie has brought her diverse skillset to the feather&lawry design team for over 15 years.
She loves to work with clients to achieve their desired interior design ideas in their homes and to procure pieces that bring their project vision to life.
Her role in procurement sees Katie working with an extensive supplier network to source finishing details across a range of diverse projects. Sourcing items such as furniture, lighting, window treatments, accessories, and art; she ensures successful project outcomes across residential and commercial projects.

Sam Black
BUILDING DESIGNER | CAD MANAGER | BIM MANAGER
Sam produces project documentation with a high level of technical expertise and experience in technical and interior drafting.
Sam has been a key member of the feather&lawry team for 14 years as a building designer/draftsperson.
Her role spans the documentation process from initial accurate onsite measures through design development to project documentation. Sam has extensive and diverse project experience in commercial, residential, educational and retail sectors including joinery detailing delivering concise readable drawing packages that deliver the design intent of the project.
She takes care to produce drawings that are accurate and clearly interpretable to ensure the construction process can run smoothly. Sam is feather&lawry’s BIM (Building Information Modeling) manager and leads a team in assisting her in delivering high-quality projects that fulfil the design vision and functional outcomes.

Lewis Chate
BUILDING DESIGNER
Lewis has experience working on projects in regional communities across Queensland to serve and improve those local communities.
Involvement in projects spanning across educational, health facilities, multi-residential and commercial sectors has provided Lewis with the knowledge and skills to produce project documentation from master planning, development approval and through to final construction documents. Through this experience, Lewis has developed a high level of technical expertise in producing accurate and clearly interpretable project documentation.
Prior to working at feather&lawry, Lewis worked in both a global, multi-disciplinary engineering firm and a local Architecture studio in Cairns. The combined knowledge and experience gained from these two distinct fields in the construction industry, enables Lewis to efficiently coordinate and communicate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver accurate and buildable drawing packages that fulfil the design intent and client’s vision.

Charlotte Falls
GRADUATE OF ARCHITECTURE
Charlotte is a recent Graduate of Architecture with experience working on projects of all scales, from residential renovations to precinct wide master plans. This versatility makes her a valuable addition to any project.
She continues to develop her skills over all design stages with a user-focused and collaborative approach to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients, families and communities. She excels at communicating design intent using an array of visual tools to ensure that drawings and ideas are clearly understood.

Dominique Gillespie
PRACTICE MANAGER
Dominique has joined our team with an impressive track record in management and leadership roles.
With a focus on empowering teams for success and developing a positive company culture, Dominique's interest in business strategy and implementation has been further enhanced by her completion of a Mini MBA this year.
Dominique has brought a fresh eye to the feather&lawry systems, policies and procedures including overseeing and managing audits.
Management of the People and Culture aspects of our business including the development and implementation of wellbeing initiatives such as Walk & Talk have proven Dominique is an invaluable member of our team.
Dominique is a finalist in the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce Future Leader awards for the Business Excellence Awards 2024. Well deserved recognition!

Nicole Bonnes-Williams
ADMINISTRATION
Nicole is the smiling face behind the reception desk and she brings more than five years of administration experience to her role, including working inside the building industry.
She is the first point of contact for our clients, and it is important to her that everyone she speaks to feels welcomed and are well looked after. Nicole is the backbone of all office duties and her administrative skills allow the team to excel.
