Reception & Operations Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Reception & Operations Assistant to support our growing team. This is a varied role suited to someone who thrives in a creative environment, enjoys client interaction, and has strong administrative and organisational skills.
What You'll Be Doing:
This diverse role supports the daily functions of both the design studio and gallery. You’ll assist with studio operations, procurement and supplier communication, as well as contribute to the delivery of gallery events, exhibitions, and retail sales. No two days are the same, and that’s exactly what makes this role so rewarding.
Interior Designer
We are on the lookout for a creative and skilled Interior Designer with 3 - 5+ years’ experience in Interior Design. You’ll work on a variety of exciting residential and commercial projects from concept to completion alongside a collaborative and passionate team of designers and architects.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support the design process from concept to construction
Create mood boards, spatial plans, and 3D Revit presentations
Prepare detailed documentation and specifications
Liaise confidently with clients, consultants, and contractors
Collaborate in a dynamic team environment while also managing independent responsibilities
Ensure design quality, detail, and compliance with NCC standards
feather&lawry is looking for a full-time Architect to join our Toowoomba-based team.
This full-time position involves working on exciting projects from the initial concept sketch to construction. You will collaborate with our experienced team of Architects and Designers in a friendly and collaborative environment.
Architect
Key requirements & experience
Tertiary qualifications in Architecture (essential)
5 years of professional experience (preferred)
Proficient in AutoDesk Revit presentation modelling & documentation (essential)
Proven experience in residential & commercial projects
Demonstrate experience in design development, documentation and detailing
Self-motivated with strong organisational skills, able to work under pressure & meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills & ability to liaise with consultants and clients
