The polycarbonate material choice offsets the pod encapsulating it as an independent object floating within the existing space while simultaneously ensuring an abundance of diffused natural light, casting the pod in a soft glow creating a unique private yet connected space. The use of polycarbonate panels also provided visual depth to an otherwise narrow dark space, acting simultaneously as a transmitter of natural and artificial light, a partition, and providing a differentiated engaging material.

Landscaping is infused throughout the spaces with the circulation zone below deliberately demarcated as external with external finishes and furniture reinforcing this design message. Green walls provide natural highlights and soften the acoustics of the busy circulation environment.
