The Clayfields is a design connected to its past and a starting point creating a new rich history for the site, at an important juncture and corner within the city’s fabric.

It will set the benchmark for Clayfield and provide an exemplar for the developing urban patterns of the area. Upon completion the project will provide a significant investment in delivering a sustainable green centre and a long term asset for Clayfield and Brisbane.
